Getting Tested for Covid-19 in Black Hawk County

Testing for COVID-19 is an important tool to prevent the spread of the virus in the community. If you receive a positive COVID result and need help managing your symptoms, please contact your health care provider.

The CDC recommends the following key times for COVID-19 Testing:

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, consider taking a test.
If you are in certain high-risk settings, you may need to test as part of a screening testing program.

Test Kit Drop off:

Test kits must be sent via UPS, however they must be dropped off at a physical UPS store. Not at UPS Access points or drop off boxes.
